The following does not affect your statutory rights. At RedhotStyling we believe that you will be delighted with your order. It is possible you may be occasions where you may wish to return an item.
Faulty Goods or Goods Received In Error If you wish to return an item to us which is faulty, damaged, received in error (you did not order) or for any other reason that may be our fault, please log into your account, locate the order
and click on the RMA link to commence the returns procedure. If you have problems in doing this you can contact us on 08704909724 and we shall arrange for an RMA to be issued and then if required a collection.
A replacement to be sent to you. Or
A refund for the item being returned.
In these circumstances, we shall be responsible for the cost of the returns postage. For small low value items we will ask you to send the item back to us via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. For large items we will arrange collection of the item. Only when we receive the item, can we send a replacement or issue a refund. Goods will NOT be accepted without a valid RMA number.
Unwanted Goods
If you receive an item that you wish to return, you may do so within 14 days of date you receive the item. Please log into your account, locate the order
and click on the RMA link to commence the returns procedure. Returned items must be in their original, unopened condition. In these circumstances, we shall be responsible for the cost of the returns postage. For small low value items we will ask you to send the item back to us via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. For large items we will arrange collection of the item. Once we have received the item, and it is in satisfactory condition, we shall make a refund to you. Goods will NOT be accepted without a valid RMA number. Special order items are exempt from this.
